Stage exit criteria

  • [ ] Every REQ in the RTM has a test result on the release-candidate build, or an approved disposition.
  • [ ] No open Critical/High defects; Medium defects have approved dispositions.
  • [ ] UAT is signed by the named acceptance authority.
  • [ ] For AI components: datasheets and model card are complete and the prespecified acceptance criteria are met on independent data.
  • [ ] Validation results meet prespecified acceptance criteria.
  • [ ] Verification report reviewed and a release recommendation recorded.

Gate controls
