Repository Setup — Completion checklist

How to use: tick an item only after inspecting the completed record and its evidence. Every unticked item needs an OPEN- entry with an owner, or a written, approved disposition.

Content checks

  • [ ] 01. Repositories default branches and ownership — Every container in the HLD maps to a repository.
  • [ ] 02. Branch protection and CODEOWNERS — main requires PR, ≥ 1 approving review from CODEOWNERS, passing checks, no force-push.
  • [ ] 03. Directory and doc locations — docs/lifecycle/, docs/api/, docs/architecture/adr/ exist.
  • [ ] 04. Commit PR merge and review rules — PR template requires linked issue and REQ IDs.
  • [ ] 05. Secrets dependency and license protections — Push protection for secrets is enabled.
  • [ ] 06. Audit logs access recertification — Access is recertified at least quarterly.
  • [ ] 07. Recovery and repository archival — Recovery has been tested or the gap is an OPEN item.

Record control checks

  • [x] Document ID follows KAI-<PRODUCT>-REPO-NNN and is unique in the product.
  • [x] Product, version and commit SHA match the related records.
  • [x] No placeholder rows remain; every gap names an owner and an OPEN- item.
  • [x] Every cited link, file path and ID resolves.
  • [ ] Security, privacy, AI/ML and medical-software applicability checked and routed to qualified reviewers where relevant.
  • [x] No patient identifiers, secrets or production data copied into the record.
  • [x] Nothing was taken from the worked examples as if it were evidence.
  • [ ] Named independent reviewer completed review; approval recorded with date.
